2012 3rd of Februari. Flight "Emirates 147" from Dubai to Amsterdam get Diverted to Dusseldorf at the last moment because of the sudden snowstorm above Amsterdam. The cabin crew were more then OK to keep everybody calm and happy, with the little means/provisions they had. We had sit in the plane for an extra 5 hours. After I got my suitcase from the luggage-belt a new chapter started: trying to get home (250KM south of Amsterdam ) with a heavily by-snow-crippled train-system. Financially after 40 hours of traveling I was back in my own house. Ready to sleep for 24 hours..
